We want you to love your Motel Rocks pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and generate your prepaid postage label or QR code for a contactless drop-off.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Motel Rocks tags are intact, and attach your return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
